Our story began with a love for classic flavors and a desire to craft something uniquely our own - a delicious, bite-sized experience inspired by two iconic food traditions. Epic Food Bites is a crossover of the Italian Panzerotti, a savory, stuffed pastry from southern Italy, and Kalitsounia, a small cheese-filled snack from the Greek island of Crete. With roots in the culinary history of these two cultures, we’ve infused our Philadelphia twist, and the Inside Out Pizza concept is now further developed to bring a reimagined pizza bite that’s easy to enjoy anytime, anywhere around the world.
